What formats do you offer?

We offer Video (self-paced with checklists), Workshop (in-person or virtual lab with instructor), and Live Cohort (scheduled sessions with peer feedback). All formats include the same safety verifications.

Do I need prior experience?

No. Beginner courses assume a basic familiarity with bikes but teach every step, tool, and verification. Intermediate and Advanced specify prerequisites in the catalog descriptions.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. Completing assessments issues a digital certificate indicating competencies covered and the verification checklists used. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

Can you onboard a shop team?

Yes. We configure a pathway aligned to your service menu and warranty policies. Contact us with the number of staff, preferred formats, and timeline.

Each course lists tools with torque values, tolerances, and calibration intervals. Beginner modules only require common hex/torx sets, a torque wrench, and basic cleaning supplies.

How long do I have access?

Video courses include 12 months of access with updates if procedures change. Workshops and Live Cohorts include downloadable checklists you can keep indefinitely.

What are the technical requirements?

A modern browser, stable internet, and audio output. For live formats, we recommend a webcam and a quiet, well-lit bench. Our platform supports keyboard navigation and high-contrast mode.
