These Terms govern your access to and use of WisdomVox CycleLab services, including courses, content, and support. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Course access and licenses

• Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for the indicated duration.
• You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
• Workshop and Live Cohort sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training improvements.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice prior to purchase.
• Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 7 days if less than 20% of content is completed. Workshops and Live Cohorts can be rescheduled once with 72 hours’ notice. Additional terms may apply.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with others’ learning experience.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy of instructors and participants.

6. Safety notice

Repair activities involve mechanical risks. Follow manufacturer specifications, use appropriate tools, and verify all torque and safety checks. You are responsible for ensuring that your work is safe for road use.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or competition results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WisdomVox CycleLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
